This product is a heat detector, which runs by inducting ambient temperature. Adopted by advanced SMT processing technique and special structure design, it has the functions of dustproof, anti-electromagnetic interference and avoiding flase alarm, the stability of the product is assured from the above. Installation Guidelines
- Install the detector on the ceiling, ideally at the center of the room.
- Keep it away from air vents, heating sources, or direct sunlight.
- Secure the detector base using screws provided.
- Connect the wiring according to the system configuration (conventional fire alarm system).
- Test the device after installation to ensure proper functionality.
Maintenance & Testing
- Please connect the wires correctly according to the instruction or product marking.
- Connect power supply, the detector gets into normal detecting state, then the LED flashes once per 10 seconds.
- Manual test: When using the heat source over 50 C to close the detector, the detector gets into alarm state, the LED lights continuously, while removing the magnet, cut the power off and return, the detector will resume into normal detecting state.
- Test the detector regularly using a heat test source to confirm proper operation.
- Clean the detector periodically to remove dust or dirt buildup.
- Always disconnect the power supply before performing maintenance.
- Inspect the LED indicators to confirm normal operation.
- Do not disassemble the detector—contact authorized service personnel if servicing is required.
